I just tried, yet again, to make myself sick after over-indulging. Well, it wasn't really over-indulging. I ate some fig rolls, a few pieces of bread, and raisins, but I feel horribly guilty.
I'm scared about where this is going.

Okay, for the sake of making this a little more perosnal, we’re going to call you Annie instead of anon. Hope that’s alright with you.
Annie, everyone has those days where they wander around their kitchen and just eat things. Anything that seems good at the moment. Crystal and i both get in trouble for doing it, all the time, and we know it isn’t the best thing for us to do. But you shouldn’t feel guilty about being hungry. There are three things i can think of to help you out in order to avoid purging.
1. remind your self you shouldn’t eat, stop your self. And i know this is easier said than done, but try it, the more you try the easier it will become. Thats what i’ve been doing. and even if you cant stop yourself from picking the thing up, try eating only one of it. like just one slice of bread.
2. Stock up on some snacks. celery is really a good option cuz it actually takes more calories to eat it than it gives you. so your almost eating nothing. If you don’t like celery, maybe some other fruit or vegtable. Also, drinking water more often fills you up, and keeps you from being as hungry. Alot of people dont drink enough water anyway.
3. Try eating multiple little meals instead of 3 big ones. It’s acctually better for your metabolism cuz it keeps it working consistantly through the day. And then you can acctually have a little meal instead of just random things.
Another thing, Annie, if this keeps up, and it becomes a serious problem, please tell someone. Please get help. You wont be able to get out of it yourself if it’s a serious problem. A skinny image isn’t worth all the effects of purging.
Love your body. Cherish your body. Its the only one you’ve got. There’s nothing wrong with indulging yourself once in a while. Just remember to stay healthy c:
